Don and Shirley Ellingson founded Apartments by Ellingson in the 1960s.
Shirley is the bookkeeper for the business.
Brian
Ellingson runs the day-to-day operations of the business and owns
several properties of his own. He holds a BBA degree in finance from
the University of Iowa.
Kevin Stevens is the general manager, and his wife Tracy helps with office work. He joined Apartments by Ellingson in 2000, fresh out of the Air Force.
In addition, Apartments by Ellingson has two other maintenance employees and an on-site manager, bringing the total number of employees to eight.
